We're back again! Round two of the World Cup group stages is upon us and gets underway with Wales facing Iran at 10am (GMT). Also, today sees England round off the day with a blockbuster grudge match against the United States. In between the bread of the Group B sandwich is Qatar-Senegal and Netherlands-Ecuador.
We are six days into the Fifa World Cup and we already have our first eliminated nation and unsurprisingly it is the hosts Qatar.
Looking back on the day’s action and looking ahead to Saturday’s hot topics, here is your World Cup daily wrap.
USA were unfortunate to only come away with a point against England as they gave the Three Lions a lesson in pressing in Qatar.

This first half was not good enough from England.
USA looked the better of the two sides, Christian Pulisic had one of the best chances of the game when his shot hit the bar. The Three Lions did have an opportunity in the closing minutes though, Mason Mount tested Matt Turner with a low shot.

The Netherlands will return to the dressing room with a sweat on after that late ruled-out equaliser from Ecuador, however, they still lead 1-0.
Brighton's Pervis Estupinan gets a deflection on an Ecuador shot into the goalmouth, and it ends up in the back of the net, however the full-back is adjudged to be offside. It's certainly a close one!

Qatar are the worst World Cup hosts the tournament has ever had.
And that is purely from a footballing perspective. Just two matches, and five days after the tournament began, Qatar are all but out after a 3-1 defeat to Senegal.
It's full time for the hosts, and Senegal run out with a 3-1 victory. Qatar managed to score their first ever World Cup goal but Senegal were too good for the hosts.
According to Brazilian news outlet Globo, Neymar will miss the next two Brazil games that will finish the rest of the group stages. If Brazil make it to the next round, Neymar should return.

Senegal finish off Qatar, it's 3-1.
