Premier League great Alan Shearer has picked the player who he considers to be the best overseas striker of all time.
The former Newcastle United and Blackburn Rovers striker says three-time Premier League winner Sergio Aguero deserves all the accolades he gets.
Shearer placed Aguero ahead of Thierry Henry and Didier Drogba.
"Aguero is the best foreign striker the Premier League has seen," Shearer told the Premier League website. "He guarantees you goals and he has the better goals-per-game ratio compared to Drogba and Henry, not that there is much in it.
"Because of his size, he has to use his body and his low centre of gravity a lot more than the other two. Consider the size of the centre-halves he comes up against. I know he's stocky and he's got strong hips and legs, but when you're not big like Drogba or Thierry then you have to be very, very special.
"For the size of him he's not bad in the air. He doesn't get pushed around and then there's his touch, technique and goals. He's had to do it in a different way. He's not as graceful as Henry was and he's not got the height of Drogba, but he's just as strong."
Shearer says Aguero has improved even more under the stewardship of Pep Guardiola.
"His game has got better under Guardiola," says Shearer. "When Pep first arrived there were one or two words being spoken along the lines of, 'He's not Pep's type of player. He doesn't work hard enough. He's going to have to change his game.'
"Now, no one's saying that at all."
And what about that Lord of the Rings tattoo?
