Aleksandar Mitrovic Leads The Line For Serbia In Tasty Match Against Switzerland

The team news for the Group E game between Serbia and Switzerland has just been announced.

The match kicks off at 7pm at the Kaliningrad Stadium Arena in Russia. 

This is sure to be a tasty encounter between two teams featuring players who haven’t been frightened to wear their hearts on their sleeves recently. Furthermore, following Brazil's win over Costa Rica earlier in the day, the need for each team to muster a win has become more imperative. Serbia can reclaim top-spot of Group E by getting the three points from Switzerland.

For Serbia, Filip Kosic come in for Adem Ljajc on the left behind Aleksandar Mitrovic. Mitrovic has scored 14 goals in his last 17 starts for Serbia.

Switzerland coach Vladimir Petkovic has named an unchanged side from the one that drew 1-1 with Brazil in their opening group game.

Goalscorer Steven Zuber starts on the left of midfield, as Petkovic opts for the 4-2-3-1.

Haris Seferovic takes centre-stage up front, but should be ably supported by Xerdan Shaquiri on the right.
