Arsenal Fans Are Raging At Unai Emery After Mesut Ozil Is Left Out Of Gunners Squad For West Ham United Test

Arsenal fans are not impressed with Unai Emery's decision to leave Mesut Ozil out of the matchday squad for their Premier League clash with West Ham United on Saturday lunchtime.

Ozil has trained with the Gunners all week and had been expected to feature in today's London derby with West Ham, but Emery has elected to not select the German World Cup winner in the 17-strong squad and some Arsenal fans feel that it's a huge error on Emery's part.

Since his arrival at the Emirates, Emery has shown that he is not a massive fan of Ozil with the Gunners boss only starting the German in 12 Premier League matches this season, and with his decision to not even put the midfielder on the bench for the Hammers clash then the north London fanbase is questioning why Arsenal's biggest earner is not featuring in a must-win game.

It has even left some fans calling for Emery to sell Ozil in the January transfer window and try and get a significant chunk off their current wage bill, but who would be able to pay the German's wages should he left in the next few weeks?
