The rivalry between Boca Juniors and River Plate is a ferocious one at the best of times but there’ll be a louder hum around Buenos Aires than ordinarily this weekend as the pair face off in the final of the Copa Libertadores, South American’s continental competition.
Boca bested the Brazilian side Palmeiras over two legs in the semi-final, where their old foes River edged past Gremio.

Something of a treat for U.K football fans is on the way this weekend, with both parts of a two-legged affair available free-to-view on Free Sports.
Subscription channel BT sport will be screening the final, too, for those that have it.
What time does it start?
The first leg gets underway on Saturday November 10 at 8pm GMT and will take place at Boca’s Bombonera.
The second leg kicks off at the same time on November 24 at River’s Monumental stadium and will also be available to watch on the same channel.

The home side are rated at around the 6/4 mark, with the visitors at 9/4 and the draw out at 9/5.
