“Conor McGregor Is The Knock-Off Caucasian Version Of Floyd Mayweather” - You Have To Watch Money's Most Revealing Interview Yet

A special episode of the Laugh Out Loud Network’s ‘Cold As Balls’ series saw comedian Kevin Hart entertain boxer Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather, with the two sinking into ice cold tubs of water (accompanied, appropriately by several dollar bills) whilst ‘shooting the sh*t’.

In the video - available to watch and enjoy below - the jovialities immediately begin, the two joking, teasing, and the usual skit of the weakling suggesting that he is not one to be taken lightly in a fight, despite the prestige of the professional.

Mayweather holds a 50-0 lifetime boxing record and has been world champion in an astonishing five weight classes.

His desire to ‘make money’ at any opportunity - something that he in fact references in the episode - came to the fore recently in a New Year exhibition fight against undefeated Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Kasukawa, a match which netted the American pugilist a cool $9million with Mayweather ending the bout in just 140 seconds.

However, the sensitive side came to light with Mayweather discussing with Hart the reason for his career in boxing, how he started (‘Seven of us, in a one bed in Jersey’), his father, and when he breaks in boxing came.

When asked why he thinks he was number one, he said he knew from day one and that he didn’t get into boxing for the fame, but instead to put his mother in a ‘great position’.

Of course, as well, he talks about Conor McGregor and jests that even though he’s a ‘knock-off’ version of himself, he’s a ‘hell of a knock off version’ and Mayweather ‘takes his hat off to him’.,

The interview is certainly enlightening and even for those of us who tend to be grated by the divisive yet highly successful Mayweather will take elements of enjoyment from certain reveals, including the possibility of him fighting in the UFC in the future.
