Teams who enjoyed successful FA Cup Third Round weekends are gearing up for the Fourth Round draw on Monday night with fans noting down the special numbers they need to look out for.
For Liverpool, it’s number 12 after their 1-0 victory over rivals Everton. Chelsea, victors over Nottingham Forest, are number four, Manchester City, who beat Port Vale, 18 and Leicester, who got the better of Wigan, are number one.
Today, sixteen Premier League teams remain in the competition, though some, like Wolves and Manchester United, will need a replay for another chance to progress.
Rochdale, who scored late to hold Newcastle, will be number seven while Carlisle, who earned a draw in Cardiff, are number eight.
Tranmere, who came from three down to draw 3-3 at Premier League Watford, will be number 21.
Northampton Town, ninth in League Two and the lowest-ranked team to have already made it through following their win over League One Burton Albion, are number 30.
The draw will take place from 7.30pm ahead of Arsenal’s clash with Championship high-flyers Leeds and can be viewed on BBC One and the BBC Sport website.
Former England Women’s star Alex Scott with be joined by ex-Gunners defender and Leeds boss David O’Leary to draw out the numbers.
All matches will be played between Friday 24 January and Monday 27 January.
