Good afternoon football fans!

It's the day we've all been waiting for as Port Vale take on Mansfield Town at Wembley in the League Two Play-off final. Elsewhere in world football, the Stade de France plays host to the UEFA Champions League final as Real Madrid take on Liverpool in a rematch of the 2018 final in which Real Madrid came out 3-1 winners. Will we see a repeat of that today and can Jurgen Klopp's side get themselves another UCL title and lift their third trophy of the season in the process. Stick with us throughout the day to find out!
