We’re now knee deep in the 2018/19 season, and yet - astonishingly - no Premier League manager has yet to leave his post.
The beleaguered Slaviša Jokanović remains odds on favourite to be removed, from Fulham, at around 8/11, after the Cottagers picked up a single win from their opening 12 games and remain rooted to the bottom of the table.
Southampton’s uninspiring Mark Hughes follows right behind with the Saints failure to turn a respectable shots on target tally into actual goals.
The Welshman - who has previously managed at Manchester City and Blackburn Rovers - continues to not flavour any enthusiasm into the south-coast side and their supporters.
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has incredibly moved out to around 20/1 from 4/6 after a spectacular run of results for the Red Devils.
However now, a former coach has come out to slap down the astonishing claim that no managers will be sacked in the EPL season this year.
Tim Sherwood, who has managerial experience having been at the head of Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa, both ill-fated spells, spoke out on BT Sport;
‘I not sure we’ll see any sackings this season… I think there are a lot of teams who are underachieving but i think that you are more likely to stay in the business sticking to your guns.”
For no managers to be sacked - which would be a Premier League first - the odds are way out at a massive 150/1.
