How To Celebrate Properly - Manchester City Legend Goes Crazy During Derby Win Over Manchester United
20:03, 12 Nov 2018

Watching the Manchester Derby will have been painful for most Manchester United fans, although it is fair to say that Manchester City supporters - especially Shaun Goater - enjoyed the Citizens' 3-1 win.

City's folk hero, Goater, was appearing on Soccer AM's The Football Special on Sky Sports as the game was taking place at The Etihad on Sunday and Goater was in crazy form.

'Feed The Goat And He Will Score' was always the popular chant of City fans during his time playing for the club and the former striker showed that he remains a loyal supporter of the blue side of Manchester during his retirement from life as a footballer.

Sitting on a sofa amongst United and City fans, Goater yelled a host of (mostly) inaudible celebrations as City cruised to a 3-1 win.

Seeing David Silva open the scoring, Goater yelled "aaarrrrgggghhh, love it! Oooooh City".

And Goater was rarely in his seat for the rest of a Premier League match that ensured City went twelve points clear of their near neighbours in the table.

Sergio Aguero was making sure of the points and Goater broke into a dance, shouting "Sergiooooo, Sergio, Sergiooooo".

The performance of City was something to behold and Goater's own efforts in front of the Sky Sports cameras were... well, they were certainly something.

See Goater in all of his dubious glory by clicking play on the video below. It's fair to say that fans of Manchester City and their old hero, Goater, will enjoy this one...
