The BOXXER Series returns this weekend with an eight-man cruiserweight installment. The spiritual successor to the much-love Prizefighter tourneys of old, this will be the eighth such offering from Ben Shalom’s promotional outfit.
The one-night tournament format will see bouts fought over 3x3 minute rounds, with four quarter-finals giving way to two semi-finals before a winner-takes-all grand final closes out the night. It’s a strong field full of promising talent, with the eight fighters only carrying three losses between them.
