In Time To Play Hulk Hogan, Here's How Chris Hemsworth Got God-Like Arms

Here's the arm workout that gave the Australian some of the biggest biceps in Hollywood

Chris Hemsworth took Instagram by storm in November when a picture posted by the Australian actor, of one of his arduous workouts, received a whopping 4.5million likes.

What was so special about this picture? Well, the 37-year-old is getting ready to step into the shoes (or should it be the handle-bar moustache?) of Hulk Hogan in an upcoming Netflix biopic of the legendary wrestler. To play ‘the Hulkster’ is no mean feat, not least because he was an absolute mountain of muscle in his prime, including a quite frankly insane 24inches on his arms, and from Hemsworth’s Instagram post it’s obvious that the actor’s own guns are amazingly not too far behind.

Of course, Hemsworth has been in incredible shape for years now having played a literal God in the Thor and Avengers films since 2011. In fact, his arms were already so huge when he wielded Mjolnir that we decided to dig into his arm workout for the films. Below is how you can get God-like pythons like Hemsworth…
