Happy birthday, Henrik

Henrik Larsson, who turns 50 today, averaged 34 goals and 16 assists for each of his seven seasons at Celtic - he missed the majority of one season with a broken leg.

The Swede helped Celtic to four SPFL league titles, one Scottish Cup and two Scottish League Cups. He was the SPFL's top scorer for five of his seven seasons in Scotland.

Curtis Jones to play for Liverpool v Norwich

Pep Ljinders - you know, the Jurgen Klopp of the Carabao Cup - has revealed that Curtis Jones will make his 50th appearance for Liverpool in Tuesday night's clash with Norwich City at Carrow Road. He's also insisted it's a great chance for other youngsters to make a name for themselves in the competition just as Jones has over the years.

Harry Kewell sacked as Barnet boss

Harry Kewell's short stint as Barnet manager has come to an abrupt end as the former Leeds man has been sacked after just seven games in charge. 

The National League side lost 2-0 at Bromley this weekend, leaving them with just two points from their opening seven league encounters.

They are only second bottom of the table as Dover had ten points deducted, and are now on the hunt for a new boss.
