Roma want the future of Liverpool and Chelsea target Alisson decided by the end of July.
The Times are reporting that the Italian team are desperate to sort out the future of their superstar stopper ASAP with the transfer window closing earlier than in previous years. Liverpool, Chelsea and Real Madrid have been linked with a move for the Brazilian for some time now and it now appears as if the patience of Roma is starting to wear thin.
The transfer window shuts before the season starts across Europe this season and that means teams are eager to get these deals across the line earlier than usual. Transfer speculation has ramped up a notch since the end of the World Cup and a host of goalkeepers could be on the move if rumours are to be believed.
New Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is believed to want the 25-year-old at Stamford Bridge should Thibaut Courtos move to Real Madrid as is being widely reported over the last few days.
Liverpool FC have been linked with a move for Alisson for what seems like an eternity but Jurgen Klopp is so far yet to make a move into the market this summer to replace the struggling Loris Karius. The German dropped two almighty clangers in the Champions League Final back in May and it would be a major surprise if we didn't see a new shot stopper arrive at Anfield sooner, rather than later.
Roma clearly have had enough of the speculation and want an end to the saga as soon as possible and who can blame them with the new season fast approaching on the horizon
The Giallorossi must be putting plans in place behind the scenes to replace one of their star players and if this latest report is to be believed, then we could be set to see one of the longest running transfer sagas of the summer come to an end.
