Matchroom Supremo Eddie Hearn Proves A Natural Market Trader On The Streets Of Hull

Eddie Hearn has certainly mastered getting his face out there on social media ahead of big fights but the Matchroom supremo has taken it a step further this week by changing jobs!

The boxing promoter who appears intent on taking over the world at the moment has clearly missed his calling if the latest video doing the rounds on the internet is anything to go by. Hearn was filmed running a market stall on the streets of Hull and it has to be said he did a brilliant job of selling the fruit and veg...

Taking a break from the stresses and strains of trying to nail down a fight between Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder, Hearn was a natural with a punnet of strawberries in hand.

Viewers will be forgiven for thinking they have tuned into an episode of Only Fools And Horses with Hearn channelling his inner Del Boy and it proves that if the boxing doesn't work out, they is always a career as a market trader to fall back on!

The only person missing was Rodney.

TWO PUNNETS FOR A POUND!

The people of Hull were clearly taken aback although one or two hapless passers by did part with their cash as a result of the aggressive sales approach from the Matchroom boss, who even found time for a selfie with a fan.

Hearn clearly learnt the art of selling from his Dad (Barry Hearn) and there is no doubt the apple doesn't fall from the tree in this family. Whether it is selling a world title fight or strawberries on the street, it doesn't seem to make a difference!

Would you by your fruit and veg from this man??
