Moussa Dembele Gives Celtic The Lead v PSG In 57 Seconds!

Who saw this coming!

Celtic forward Moussa Dembele has come up with the goods within the first minute at the Parc des Princes and stunned the French giants. Olivier Ntcham has drilled in a low corner to Dembele who hits it first time into the top corner. There was a slight deflection but the away fans do not care as they make a racket in the corner.

That is the first goal that PSG have conceded in the Champions League this season and really put a cat amongst the pigeons in Paris. Celtic are out of the running to qualify from their group but have their eyes set on third place and that all-important Europa League place, which would mean they stay in European competition after Christmas.

Brendan Rodgers will be delighted with how positive his side have been in the opening few minutes and his side look full of confidence. The green and white hoops have every right to be confident having not lost a domestic game in 64 matches and looking set for another Scottish Premier League title.

They have targeted Europe this year and having been drawn in a group with Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich will be delighted with third place in the group. Elsewhere in their group tonight Bayern are taking on bottom place Anderlecht with the Celtic fans hoping for a win for the German champions.
