Robbie Savage Frozen With Fear On Live TV As Former Footballer Faces Snake Ordeal Thanks To Harry Redknapp
Robbie Savage is a busy man these days and he even turned his hand to snake handling today live on TV.
The former footballer always attracts comments on social media, both good and bad, and that was the case again on Saturday morning as he faced an ultimate fear on his Saturday Savage programme live on BT Sport.
The panel were asked to answer questions on the Premier League with forfeits for any got wrong, and it predictably got out of hand as the reptiles came out of the box.
Harry Redknapp was quick to throw Savage under the bus after he nominated the Welshman to hold a snake after the former Pompey manager got a question right. What followed was a glorious couple of minutes of TV as the former Blackburn player looked frozen to the spot with a near 8ft snake wrapped round his neck.
Fair play to Savage who managed to look one of his biggest fears in the face but he won't be sending Harry Redknapp a Christmas card any time soon.
The panel of former footballers were reduced to scared little boys by the sight of the snake (understandably), with Glen Hoddle in particular looking a touch on the worried side...
The former England manager refused to handle a lizard having got one of his questions wrong as BT Sport put them through their very own bush tucker trial. It is fair to say that they won't be appearing on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here any time soon...
