The Super-Charged 800HP Hennessey Venom 800 Is Ford’s Most Powerful Truck

You’ll struggle to find a more powerful, speedier, or exclusive Ford truck outside of the Hennessey Venom 800

With over 700 horsepower under its hood, the Hellcat V8-powered Ram TRX is, in terms of performance, well ahead of anything Ford are offering right now and until recently this beast was one of the most powerful machines on four-wheels. That was until the Hennessey Venom 800 entered the fray, a super-charged 2021 Ford F50 that would make even the TRX tremble…

From the tuners at Hennessey Engineering, the Venom 800, which began life as a 2021 Ford F-150 Platinum in Super Crew configuration, complete with the 5.0L V8 and 4×4, has been kitted out with a high-flow cold air induction system, upgraded fuel injectors, upgraded fuel pump system, a stainless steel exhaust system, E85 flex-fuel sensor, chassis dyno engine calibration and a 3.0L supercharger affixed to a 5.0L Coyote V8. The end result is a 805 horsepower beast that makes the Ram TRX look like a tame house cat in comparison. With all that firepower, this modified Ford F-150 can do 0-60 in just 3.6 seconds!

Like all Hennessey-produced motors, the machine has been fitted with a special custom front bumper and grille, as well as LED lighting and Venom 800 badging. Production is limited to just 100 units for 2021, but each truck will receive a serialised dash and engine plaque.

You’ll struggle to find a more powerful, speedier, or exclusive Ford truck outside of the Hennessey Venom 800 but it won’t come cheap considering it factors in the cost of a donor F-150, with models starting at $149,500 (£110,000) not including delivery. Buyers will however be treated to a 3 year/36,000 mile limited warranty with their purchase. You can find out more on the Hennessey Venom 800 here.
