If you want to see golf given the full Mexican commentary treatment, keep reading.
The WGC-Mexico Championship is being played in, er Mexico and the locals, who lets face it aren't synonymous with golf, gave the full football treatment when commentating on the first round from the Chapultepec Golf Club just outside of Mexico City on Thursday.
Dustin Johnson got the treatment when nearly holing out on the par-3 17th, but it was Tony Finau's eagle on the sixth hole that got the full HOOOOOLE effect from the commentators.
Finau, who finished the day on three under par in a share for 8th place hit his approach from 100 yards on the 6th hole past the pin before spinning it back into the hole. Give it a watch, it's fabulous stuff, VENGA TONY!!!
Louis Oosthuizen ended the day on top of the leaderboard. The South African carded a blemish free 64 which included five birdies and an eagle on the par five 15th hole. He leads a young trio of Shubhankar Sharma, Chris Paisley and Xander Schauffele by one shot on six under. Paisley and Sharm both have wins on the European Tour this season whilst the American Shauffele picked up two wins on the PGA Tour last season, including the lucrative end of season Tour Championship.
The action continues from Mexico later on Friday and we're hoping for more of the same from the Mexican commentators. Vamos!
