Transfer Talk: Wilshere Set For Arsenal Exit, As Chelsea Eye Up Donnarumma In Swap Deal For Morata

Jack Wilshere is set to leave Arsenal in the summer after the England midfielder has been told by new boss Unai Emery that he would only figure as a fringe player in the Premier League next season, and that he won't be a key component of the Gunners' engine room.  Wilshere was hoping that the exit of Arsene Wenger could reignite his stagnant Arsenal career, and the 26-year-old has openly admitted that he would love to stay at his boyhood club, but Emery has reportedly told the left-footed playmaker that he would be a bit-part player at the Emirates Stadium next season, and he is set to leave by the end of this month.

A host of clubs are sure to join the race for Wilshere's signature with West Ham United and Everton two of the English names vying for his talents, but there's also reports that Serie A clubs Sampodria, Juventus and AC Milan are looking to bolster their midfield talents, and Wilshere could be eyed up as a marquee signing.

AC Milan figure throughout our transfer news and it's reported that the Rossoneri are ready to do a swap deal with Chelsea, as they are happy to let highly rated young keeper Gianluigi Donnarumma go to the Blues if they can get Alvaro Morata heading the other way from Stamford Bridge to the San Siro.  Having signed experienced goalkeeper Pepe Reina already this summer, Gennaro Gattuso is looking to enhance his attacking options and in Morata he sees a striker that is looking for a change away from London, and if it means sending Donnarumma the other way then that will give Gattuso a huge boost ahead of the new season.

Julien Lopetegui may have had a tumultuous few days having been sacked as Spain manager following his appointment as the new Real Madrid boss, but he is ready to snaffle some new talents for the Champions League holders, and he is looking to recruit Roma's highly-acclaimed goalkeeper Allison, while he is also looking to add Lazio's Sergej Milinkovic-Savic to his Madrid squad, with the pair costing around a combined figure of £150m.

He has also eyeing up a bumper move for Manchester City's Bernardo Silva, who was a key player at the Etihad Stadium last season, but with the likes of Kevin De Bruyne and David Silva ahead of him in the pecking order in Pep Guardiola's plans then Silva could well fancy a move to the Bernabeu.

Wayne Rooney is set to decide in the next two weeks whether he wants to sign for DC United from Everton, but one transfer to go through in the last couple of days is Spanish defender Marc Navarro, who has joined Watford from Espanyol for an undisclosed fee, while Championship side Bristol City have signed Norwich City attacker Marley Watkins on a three-year deal for £1m
