Rovers are currently heading up the Championship table, with their five wins from five attempts putting them two points clear of the chasing pack. But head coach Sean Long has insisted that there is much more work to be done even after their 26-12 victory over Bradford Bulls on Monday, and the players will be hoping to act on their boss' warning on Sunday when they host Halifax at the Millennium Stadium.
Simon Grix's troops have already made one fruitless trip to Post Office Road this season, the Panthers coming out on the wrong end of a 46-22 scoreline in early February. And while they have won every home game so far in the second tier in 2023 there will be a desire to turn around their faltering form on the road with a statement victory to take them into round four of the world game's oldest knockout tournament.
