''You Didn’t Shake My Hand'' - Liverpool Boss Jurgen Klopp In Frosty Touchline Exchange With Jordan Henderson
Liverpool returned to the top of the Premier League table following a goalless draw against an injury-hit Man Utd. The Reds may not have recorded the win, but the result means that they are now a point ahead of title rivals Man City with 11 games still left to play this season.
The atmosphere was pulsating, but the game itself was starved of few big chances, with Liverpool only mustering one shot on target during the whole match, while the hosts - who were forced to make three first-half changes - were restricted to just three shots on goal.
But one particular incident that caught the attention of viewers was the frosty exchange between Jurgen Klopp and Jordan Henderson which took place in the second-half.
The Reds skipper was subbed off and replaced by Xherdan Shaqiri, and it’s fair to say that the midfielder didn’t look best pleased at the switch, which took place with 18 minutes left on the clock.
Henderson, clapping the away fans, proceeded to walk straight through his boss - who attempted to hug it out - and the German gaffer evidently didn’t like the snub.
The pair then shook hands but the on-pitch microphone appeared to pick up some stern words from Klopp as he wagged his finger at Henderson: "You didn’t shake my hand".
Liverpool fans have since had their say on the moment...

Henderson getting a verbal volleying from Klopp for not shaking his hand when substituted was brilliant and should be highlighted for children to see! Respect and standards are fundamentals! #Respect #Standards (@StephenFisher_)
Liverpool are next in action at home to in-form Watford on Wednesday, while Man City face West Ham on the same night.
