Ryan Mania

National Hunt jockey living in the Scottish Borders with his wife Annie and two kids Aurora and George. Aurora is named after Ryan’s biggest career win in the 2013 Grand National on Auroras Encore. 18 months after that famous victory, Ryan retired due to issues with weight. But after nearly five years out of the game and having the stability and support from a loving family he came out of retirement. Since coming back, Ryan has had several notable success on the likes of Yorkhill, (Newcastle rehearsal) seeyouatmidnight (Sandown Veterans' Final) Vintage Clouds (Cheltenham Festival Ultima handicap) and most recently the Paddy Power Gold Cup on Midnight Shadow.
