Kevin Streelman is an American golfer who plays on the PGA Tour and has been a prominent figure since the turn of the cenutry. Born in Illinois in 1978, Streelman graduated from Duke University on 2001 before turning professional later on the same year. Streelman spent the early part of his career on various lower end tours before finally making it into the big leagues of the PGA tour.
Streelman started to become one of the most consistent players on tour as he entered the top 100 of the world rankings for the first time in 2009. it wasn't until 2013 though that Streelman picked up his first PGA Tour title at the 153rd time of asking. Streelman won the Tampa Bay Championship by two strokes to see his ranking rise from 205 to 74 in one swoop. A number of solid performances followed to see him enter the top 50, and Streelman will aim to cement his place in the higher echelons of the world rankings.
A win in the 2014 Travelers Championship showed he wasn't a one-tournament wonder, and Streelman will now aim to bag more success on what is a highly-competitive PGA Tour awash with top notch golfers.
