It has been another phenomenal 12 months of football as we have seen Manchester City defend their Premier League crown after an epic title run-in in which neither they nor Liverpool put a foot wrong. City's return of 98 points was the second-best in history while Liverpool's 97 points was the highest total to come away empty-handed. Of course, it was not a complete barren season for the Reds, who scooped the Champions League title after beating Tottenham in the final.
In the 2019/20 season so far, Liverpool have not put a foot wrong, sitting unbeaten and 10 points clear at the top of the table. They may end their hunt for the Premier League title come May but we are all about 2019 in this quiz so next season's title doesn't matter to us!
