We've crammed three World Cups into these 10 years, with England equalling their best-ever run on the road last time out as they reached the semi-finals in Russia under Gareth Southgate. He's the fourth manager of the Three Lions this decade, which remarkably is still one fewer than Manchester United have had in the same time period.
