The Sportsman's Ultimate Quiz On The EFL Play-Offs

How much do you know about the most dramatic fixtures in football?

The play-offs. Without a doubt the best football matches of the year. From League Two to the Championship we get to see four teams fighting it out for only one promotion spot and the drama it can produce is unparalleled. Over the years we have seen some searing highs contrasted with devastating lows. Bobby Zamora's last second Wembley winner made him a hero as the unfortunate Richard Keogh was cast as the villain in 2014, while last season we saw Fulham's Joe Bryan take the headlines with his brace that sank Brentford.

The Bees are back in the play-offs this time around, and will be looking to turn around their 1-0 deficit against Bournemouth to book a place at Wembley, but nothing produces storylines like the play-offs. Every goal means so much more as a whole season of hard work has gone into reaching this stage. The pressure is so intense and the goals so vital, we are just glad that some fans are allowed back inside stadiums this time around. To them, this means everything and it wasn't the same without them in 2020.

Greats of the past have shone in these games. Frank Lampard gave Derby County fans one of the best nights of their lives in their Elland Road comeback, but fell short in the final, as former Chelsea teammate John Terry had as a player, one year earlier. A Wembley occasion awaits but often the best games can happen in the second leg of the semi-finals. That is the treat we have to look forward to, and now we have put together ten tricky questions for you to have a go at in the meantime!

Eight out of 10 is the target - good luck!
