The Sportsman's Weekly Quiz: How Much Attention Did You Pay Sport This Week?

Test your knowledge on the sporting world this week
13:00, 21 May 2021

Another week is over and as we edge towards summer the football season is coming to an end.

We watched Leicester City win the FA Cup for the very first time, saw Barcelona crowned champions of Europe in the women's game, while the thrills and spills of the final day of the Premier League season awaits us on Sunday. It may not seem like it with the weather, but summer is on its way which means all attention begins to turn to the French Open, Wimbledon, Euro 2020 and the Olympic Games in Tokyo.

Before we get to those major events though, how much have you been paying attention to this week's sport? We've seen an injury update for one of England's key cricketers, a war of words emerge between Tommy Fury and Jake Paul on social media and we have an actual unification bout between Josh Taylor and Jose Ramirez to look forward to this weekend.

If you've been winding down like several of the Premier League sides this weekend, or looking up how to get to Portugal as it was announced as one of the only countries that UK citizens can now visit, have you inadvertently taken your eye off the ball when it comes to the world of sport?

As always, every Friday we have put together ten tough questions for you to have a go at, and scoring eight out of ten is always the aim!

Give it your best shot, and let us know how you get on via our social media channels. Good luck!
