A field of just seven horses have been declared for the Irish Oaks at the Curragh on Saturday.
Aidan O'Brien once again dominates the race with three major chances declared in the form of Bye Bye Baby, Forever Together an Magic Wand.
The Ballydoyle handler is looking for a record equalling sixth win in the famous race at the Curragh with Magic Wand the likely first string according to the latest show of betting.
The Galileo filly was behind Forever Together in the Oaks at Epsom last month but bounced back in some style to win the Ribblesdale at Royal Ascot by four lengths on her most recent start.
Forever Together was beaten at odds-on in the Pretty Polly on her only start since Epsom and the feeling is that Magic Wand is the one to beat of the O'Brien fillies this weekend, especially with Ryan Moore confirmed for the ride.
They might not have it all their own way though with Sea Of Class set to take her chance for William Haggas. The daughter of Sea The Stars has impressed on two recent wins at Newbury and is reported to be extremely highly thought of, but this will be a big step up in class for the unexposed runner in the field.
The field is completed by Mary Tudor, Romiyna and Tissiak but in truth this race is likely to be fought out between the top three in the betting.
Magic Wand and Forever Together are set to renew their old rivalry up against a horse in Sea Of Class who might be capable of spoiling the party.
