It’s over to Leopardstown that we go for our daily tip today with a seven-race card getting underway at 17:30 this evening.
There’s a couple of Group races on the card, with the reappearance of the hugely exciting Ballydoyle filly Goddess in the Silver Flash Stakes a particular highlight following her runaway success at the course last time. It’s worth keeping an eye on this meeting to see that one spinning around the home turn at the course and taking off once more.
Later on in the card, the Vinnie Roe Stakes, is an intriguing listed affair with runners from all the usual yards heading the betting but they might be worth moving past when sizing up the card for an outsider.
Joseph O’Brien’s Seize Your Star is one that goes at a massive price.
The See the Stars filly has raced three times to date, getting off the mark on the last of those starts at Bellewstown when stepped up to 1m4f.
Improving for every start to date, she’s been pitched into listed company here and while it’s a tall order for her, she might have enough about her to outrun her odds.
The step up to 1m6f should suit, as will the fast underfoot conditions, and there should be acres of improvement to come from her yet with just that trio of runs to her name.
Against a lot of mainly more exposed - if slightly more able - sorts, she can give each-way players a run for their money in Dublin late this evening.
