New Zealand fast bowler Matt Henry is known for his bowling, but the Kiwi international produced a moment of magic in Kent's Royal London One-Day Cup semi-final with Worcestershire at New Road, as he bagged a stunning catch off the bowling of Joe Denly to remove Brett D'Oliveira.
D'Oliveira and Ben Cox were going along smoothly for the Pears before Henry's majestic catch halted the charge of the diminutive batting pair.
Denly's ball was somewhat of a shocker as D'Oliveira (78) was served up a full toss, which he looked to smash out of the ground, but having not found the middle of the bat, D'Oliveira was set to try and rotate the strike, as the ball appeared to be heading to safety.
However, Henry had other ideas and sprinting in from long-on, the Kiwi stretched fully to his right-hand side and managed to dive towards the aerial ball and somehow managed to cling on before sliding across the turf.
Henry rose with a massive smile on his face as he was swamped by his Kent teammates, and it was the highlight of what had been an entertaining 50 overs for Worcestershire with a Lord's final awaiting the winners.
The aforementioned Cox stormed to a fine century (122) and he was joined late on by Ed Barnard, who smacked his own half-century (50) to launch Worcestershire up to 308-6, and with Kent set to embark on their run chase it will be Henry's catch that will be the memorable moment of the innings.
