Cristiano Ronaldo is no stranger to winning trophies and he added yet another to his bulging collection when scooping the Fifa Best Player award at the Best Fifa Football Awards in London on Monday night.
The Portuguese striker won the award ahead of old rivals Lionel Messi and Neymar Jr.
Ronaldo may not have got off to the best start domestically for Real Madrid this season but he helped them to a Champions League-La Liga double last season with Ronaldo the catalyst.

It is only the second edition of this award, not to be confused with the Ballon D'Or, another award Ronaldo is pretty familiar with!

There were also awards on the night for Barcelona's Lieke Martens who won the best female player award whilst Ronaldo's club manager Zinedine Zidane scooped the best men's coach award.
Harry Kane may not have been nominated but he was present at the awards in Central London, fresh from his two goals that helped Spurs to a 4-1 win over Liverpool on Sunday.
