The rise of social media and everybody having a video camera on their phone in their pocket has meant we have got to see some incredible moments on the internet, but there are also some absolute howlers. Football recently has had an influx of these embarrassing videos, whether it be a man trying to create a catchy chant in his bedroom or a full-blown music video.

We’ll kick off with this effort from a bunch of Spurs’ fans. The production values of this are top notch but if anything that makes the whole video cringier.

We hop across North London for this one to rivals Arsenal. Now the thing is with this is that before social media this wouldn’t have been an issue. Hull City were a good laugh when they were in the Premier League producing cracking goals and entertaining celebrations (See Jimmy Bullard impersonating Phil Brown). Their fans also got in on the act when they were beating Arsenal away coming up with one of the worst chants of all time.

Billericay Town has risen to fame since being bought by millionaire Glenn Tamplin who is also the manager as well as the owner. He is transforming the Essex side in more ways than one, even getting them to sing an inspirational song before kick-off.

Newcastle’s new signing Joselu has become quite the hit with the Geordie faithful and two absolute nutters decided to create the catchiest tune in the world in their front room. This one is more funny than cringy but it’s worth a watch nevertheless. Featuring some questionable costumes.
