The Fourth Round draw for the FA Cup is upon us as we hope that once again the draw will be kind to the minnows left in the hat and serve them up a money-spinning tie. Non-League Barnet hit the headlines for their incredible 1-0 win away at Sheffield United which saw them reach the fourth round for the first time in over a decade.
Sunday afternoon treated us to another cup shock as League Two Newport Country dumped out Leicester City live on the box. A last gasp penalty was enough to give the Welsh side a 2-1 win over the 2016 Premier League champions. Oldham managed a staggering away win over Premier League strugglers Fulham whilst Cardiff were also booted out of the cup by League One side Gillingham.
For some of the other big teams it was slightly easier, Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea all made it through against lower league opponents with relative ease whilst Manchester City and Spurs scored seven goals apiece in their routs. The draw is set to get underway at the conclusion of the Wolves v Liverpool game which could see Jurgen Klopp’s men miss out on another trophy as they look to win the Premier League for the first time.
The fixtures pulled out of the hat tonight will be played on the final weekend of the month. That is from the 25th to the 28 of January and you can follow down below for every fixture as it is pulled out of the hat.
