Jonathan Brownlee Finishes Fifth In World Triathlon Grand Final

Jonathan Brownlee missed out on a podium finish in the Triathlon World Series after he came 5th in today's Grand Final in Rotterdam.

The younger Brownlee triumphed in Stockholm meaning he still had a mathematical chance of bagging a top-3 standing overall, however it was not to be, with the Englishmen ending the Series in 6th spot overall.

Meanwhile, Spain's Mario Mola reclaims the World Title after a 3rd-place finish in Rotterdam.
