Liverpool head into Sunday's massive Premier League clash against Manchester United as 4/7 favourites with bookmakers and Jurgen Klopp's men won't have many better chances to end their current eight-match winless run in league fixtures against the Red Devils.
This unbeaten Liverpool side are buoyant at the moment and it will come as no surprise to see that their players dominate The Sportsman's combined XI for the match, although there are a few surprise inclusions in our 4-3-3 formation...
Goalkeeper: Alisson (Liverpool)
This was perhaps the most difficult selection dilemma and Liverpool's Alisson just gets the nod ahead of Manchester United's David de Gea. Alisson represents the modern day goalkeeper and his superior ability with the ball at his feet gave him the edge in a hugely competitive battle.
Defender: James Milner (Liverpool)
Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold would have been a shoo-in but he looks likely to miss Sunday's game due to injury, so the ever-versatile James Milner steps in to the right-back position for us.
Defender: Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool)
It's Virgil van Dijk, enough said. Next.
Defender: Dejan Lovren (Liverpool)
Liverpool have got a few problems defensively as Joe Gomez and Joel Matip are both missing through injury this weekend, so we will have to put Dejan Lovren into our defence as Manchester United defenders Chris Smalling, Phil Jones and co. continue to deliver their best impressions of the Chuckle Brothers.
Defender: Andrew Robertson (Liverpool)
Andrew Robertson has been an absolute revelation for Liverpool this season and this was one of the easier selection decisions as he is miles better than Ashley Young and Luke Shaw. Fact.
Midfielder: Naby Keita (Liverpool)
The wait for Naby Keita to sign for Liverpool has proven to be worthwhile for Reds fans as he has taken to English football like a duck to water. With Nemanja Matic creaking like a rusty gate in winter at Old Trafford, Keita walks straight into our midfield.
Midfielder: Georginio Wijnaldum (Liverpool)
Georginio Wijnaldum has been one of the unsung heroes during Liverpool's unbeaten start to the campaign and the 28-year-old deserves his place in our line-up.
Midfielder: Paul Pogba (Manchester United)
Arguably one of only two genuinely world-class players at Manchester United nowadays, Paul Pogba has fallen out of favour with Jose Mourinho of late but there is no doubting his quality. In a better team he could be the main man, albeit an improved attitude wouldn't go amiss. The alternative? Jordan Henderson. No thanks.
Forward: Marcus Rashford (Manchester United)
Marcus Rashford has started to find some form and he has been one of the very few bright spots for United fans in recent weeks. Three goals and five assists from his last ten Premier League outings is a decent return for Rashford, who edges out the underperforming Roberto Firmino in our XI.
Forward: Mo Salah (Liverpool)
Ten goals and five assists in the Premier League for Mo Salah this season. Talk of his demise and second season syndrome have been well and truly put to bed by the brilliant Egyptian.
Forward: Anthony Martial (Manchester United)
A really difficult call this one as Anthony Martial pips Sadio Mane to the final forward spot, which was a decision based purely on recent form. Mane started the season in electric fashion but he has scored just two in his last ten league games, whereas Martial has notched seven in his last eight and just makes it in (although we're still not really sure we're right...).
