Currently wrapping up his second full season in Ligue 1, Bordeaux’s exciting young winger Malcom has caught the eye of a number of leading European clubs that have been impressed by his continual improvement and a return of nine goals and six assists in this campaign thus far.

Among them have been Arsenal and Bayern Munich, the latter of whom Malcom has similarly expressed an interest in joining as part of what he described would be a “dream” move. However after an interview with beIN SPORTS, inextricably linked to the Qatari owners and operators of the Parisian club, PSG can now add themselves to a growing list of potential suitors for the Brazilian.

“PSG is the dream too” he admitted before adding how great it was to play for clubs that “will always play at a high level; in the Champions League, winning the championship.” According to further reports, preliminary discussions have already taken place between PSG and Bordeaux in relation to how much would be required to land the attacking promise, named after political activist Malcom X.

One other dream Malcom also hasn’t given up hope on is that of being called up to Russia 2018. Brought through to the Corinthians first team from the youth academy by the coach, Tite already shares a strong relationship with Malcom - who played an integral part of the São Paulo outfit’s outstanding 2015 Brasileirão Série A win in which a masterful blend of defensive and attacking football that has now seeped its way through to the national team had much to do with Tite being rewarded with the highest post in Brazilian football management.

Along with Grêmio’s Arthur, who has already signed an agreement to join Barcelona, Malcom is tipped as a potential wild card for Tite this summer in a squad already boasting an embarrassment of riches. Even in the event of missing out this time round, Malcom and Arthur are likely to provide the spine of Brazil’s Qatar 2022 side which should also feature the likes of future Real Madrid player Vinicius Jr and David Neres of Ajax.
