Simon Mignolet Goes From Zero To Hero At Leicester

Simon Mignolet went from zero to hero at the King Power Stadium this evening as he saved a penalty form Jamie Vardy, having given the spot kick away in the first place.
The Belgian keeper rushed out to bring down Vardy inside the box but having dusted himself down, he made a tremendous stop to keep Liverpool in the lead. Remarkably it was his 7th penalty save since joining Liverpool from Sunderland.
Simon Mignolet has now saved 7 penalties in the Premier League since joining Liverpool; more than any other goalkeeper in that time. ⛔️
