Harry Kane’s injury has certainly left Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino with a few problems to solve heading into the second half of the season with the English hitman ruled out until March. That has left Spurs short in the attacking department with only Fernando Llorente and Vincent Jansen the only out and out strikers left at the club and the latter has been frozen out by the Argentine manager leaving Llorente as the sole option up front.
To add to the woes, stand on striker Heung Min Son is off to the Asia Games leaving the attacking options depleted, with Dele Alli now a likely option to start up front. Spurs must act quickly to remedy this situation.
One man who they should look to pick up is Jarrod Bowen from Hull City. At just 22-years-old the young Englishman could prove to be the perfect remedy for Spurs. He is simply one of the hottest forwards in the Football League at the moment and is on absolute fire for an in-form Hull City who are flying up the Championship table under Nigel Adkins.
He has hit a whopping eight goals in his last six games and his lethal touch in front of goal is Harry Kane-esque. His pace would be a huge asset for Spurs and bringing in somebody who and hit the ground running would be a big improvement on what they already have.
In-form forwards are difficult to find but bringing in someone who cannot stop scoring could make all the difference for Spurs. He could be brought in for a decent fee and it could be a crucial signing for Pochettino in January, who does not have much money to spend once again.
