The Sportsman is delighted to host the Betfred Women's Super League fixture between St Helens and the Wigan Warriors this Sunday afternoon, with kick-off at 1pm.
Wigan sit second in the early standings after two rounds while Saints are nestled in behind with a chance to strike at the Totally Wicked Stadium.
Saints are four-time Super League champions and are now coached by two-time former men's Grand Final winner Matty Smith. Having fallen short in Smith's first game in charge, losing 26-6 to 2022 League Leaders' Shield winners York Valkyrie live on The Sportsman, Saints were excellent last time out in toppling the reigning champions Leeds Rhinos 38-18 at Headingley.
Meanwhile Kris Ratcliffe's Warriors remain unbeaten after their opening couple of fixtures, their opening 22-22 draw with Warrington Wolves being followed up with a 30-20 Round 2 success away to the Huddersfield Giants. While they haven't won the competition since 2018, there is a hope that they can be one of the dark horses in this season's title race.
The clash can be seen live on this page, with coverage beginning at 12:45. Meanwhile, a simultaneous streaming is available on The Sportsman Rugby League on YouTube.
