The run-in to the Rugby League World Cup steps up on Saturday when Scotland host England Knights at Myreside in Edinburgh, with the full game being shown live and exclusive on this page.

Nathan Graham's side are in Group B of this year's competition alongside Australia, Fiji and Italy, with their first game being against the Azzurri at Kingston Park in Newcastle on Sunday, October 16.

So Saturday's fixture will be key in Scotland's preparation, with their 24-man squad getting the opportunity to tune up for their first RLWC fixture.

In the 2017 event, heavy defeats against Tonga and New Zealand were followed by a wonderful performance against Samoa as a Danny Addy-inspired Scotland led 14-6 at the break and had the much-fancied Samoans on their heels. They were eventually pegged back to end up drawing the fixture in Cairns 14-14, but the Scots had left quite an impression and they will not be taken lightly by the higher-ranked Australians and Fijians in their Group B clashes.

For England Knights this will be a second game of the autumn after they beat France B 18-6 in Bordeaux last week.

The match begins at 1:30pm, with coverage starting at 1:15pm. You can watch the match in full below, or on The Sportsman Rugby League on YouTube.
