Juventus star Paulo Dybala needed treatment after getting pinged by a kick from goalkeeper Wojciech Szczęsny.
The Argentinian star was floored for several minutes and for a while it looked like he might not be able to start the game against Manchester United.
But thankfully he got to his feet and was able to complete his warm-up with his team-mates, even getting a kiss on the head from Szczęsny!
Dybala is rated as one of the brightest young stars in Europe and has won praise fro the way he has adapted his game to accommodate Ronaldo's arrival from Real Madrid. He was recently linked with a potentially market-changing move to Bayern Munich next summer so Juventus could raise funds to bring Paul Pogba back.
Juventus started the game as strong favourites against United, especially after they won 1-0 at Old Trafford a fortnight ago. Even though the Italians only won by a single goal, it was widely acknowledged they should have won with more. It was a night which saw Cristiano Ronaldo face his former team again while the Juventus fans gave Paul Pogba a warm welcome back to Turin.
Manchester United made two changes from the team which won dramatically at Bournemouth in the Premier League last weekend. In came Jesse Lingard and Ander Herrera in place of Juan Mata and Fred.
Once again there was no Romelu Lukaku who has missed the last two games through injury, making him a major doubt for this weekend's Manchester derby. Alexis Sanchez was named up front for what will be his 50th Champions League appearance.
So the keeper kisses it better! 😘🤣
