Louis van Gaal has a message for Jose Mourinho thanks to impressionist, Al Foran, who took to camera to portray the former Manchetser United manager and deliver a reminder to the 'The Special One' that the current Red Devils gaffer has some way to go to surpass the Dutchman's achievements at Old Trafford.
Irish comedian, Foran, has perfected LVG's accent and uses that talent to tease Mourinho for being unable to guide United above sixth place in the Premier League since September, something that has become a standing joke amongst any fans of every other club, bar MUFC fans!
The two years that van Gaal spent in the Old Trafford hot-seat, resulted in the side finishing fourth and fifth respectively; achievements that the former Ajax, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Netherlands coach has publicly stated that he feels he was harshly treated for. Foran playfully states that this was accomplished despite having the injury-prone Radamel Falcao in the squad, together with "Mike" Smalling, who was famously named wrongly by van Gaal.
Van Gaal also raises the question about what has happened to Marcus Rashford, who enjoyed a successful introduction to life at United but has since lost his way under Mourinho...
Foran finishes his skit with a tongue in cheek expression that Jose Mourinho has still to manage in 'the greatest league of them all, the Eredivisie' and that none of is Champions League successes will ever be on a par with what he achieved at Ajax in 1995.
He signs off by raising a glass of red wine and exclaims that he's off to enjoy Mrs van Gaal's Valentine's lingerie!!
