Mohamed Salah’s brace in Liverpool’s 7-0 thrashing of Manchester United on Sunday evening saw the forward surpass Robbie Fowler as the club’s all-time Premier League top goalscorer with 129.
It is just another great achievement for the Egyptian in his scintillating career at Anfield, further adding to his legacy on Merseyside. The 30-year-old has now scored 178 goals for the club in all competitions across 291 appearances and is unquestionably one of the greatest goalscorers in the club’s rich history.
