The Sportsman delivers live coverage of the January Transfer Window. Up to the minute latest news, rumours, gossip, new contracts and done deals from all major leagues across the UK and Europe throughout the month as teams splash the cash to try and secure success or avoid disappointment.
Norwich forward Steven Naismith has joined Hearts on loan from the Championship club until the end of the season.
Naismith has not made a first-team appearance for the Canaries since August, with the 31-year-old not in Daniel Farke's plans.
Hearts appear to have pipped rivals Rangers to his signature and will pay around one-fifth of his £50,000 a week wages.
Away from the match at Old Trafford, there is big transfer news this evening with reports suggesting that Man City have officially pulled out of the race to sign Alexis Sanchez.
City are understood not to be prepared to match the financial package being offered to the Chilean by Man United, and have withdrawn their interest in the player.
In another twist, Chelsea are now though to be sniffing around the Arsenal player.
Where will he end up?
Huddersfield Town have signed Norwich City playmaker Alex Pritchard for an undisclosed fee on a three and a half year deal.
Pritchard began his career at Tottenham and enjoyed successful spells at Swindon and Brentford before being sold to the Canaries in 2016. The 21 year old has played nine times for the England U21's and will give the Terriers some much needed creativity.
