Yair Rodriguez produced a sickening elbow to the face of Chan Sung Jung in the last second of their epic featherweight bout at UFC Fight Night 139 Live in Denver, Colorado in one of the finest last-gasp victories in UFC history.

After battling it out for five energy-sapping rounds it appeared the fight was going to the scorecards, but as the clock ticked down to zero the fighters made one last attempt to land the knockout blow, and as they got in close Rodriguez a sensational elbow to the face of his opponent dubbed the Korean Zombie, and just before the buzzer went Rodriguez was declared the winner.

With just over ten seconds to go it appeared both fighters were willing to call it a day as they both raised their hands aloft to the raucous cheers of the Denver crowd, but having momentarily switched of duelling it was then that the real action revved up again and Rodriguez unleashed his bout-winning blow to his opponent, who laid stricken on the canvas, as Rodriguez's trainer bolted into the octagon.

Amazingly, it was the second time a UFC fight was won with the clock at 4:59 in the fifth round as Demtrious Johnson had also held that accolade for his last-gasp win, but Rodriguez named "El Pantera" will now look to revel in his stunning last-gasp victory, and he is sure to go down in UFC history for this sensational knockout.
