YO!, the famous conveyor belt restaurant serving Japanese street food and sushi, has been celebrating this year’s Rugby World Cup in Japan by creating a series of unique limited-edition dishes, paying homage to the Home Nations.

Looking at some of the dishes, there is certain to be a scrum to the front of the queue.

Pairing culinary trademarks of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales with iconic Japanese classics, the Home Nations menu includes Fish and Chips Nigiri with Wasabi Peas, a fusion of an English classic.

Also, there is Haggis and Carrot California roll with Tonkatsu Sauce, Welsh Rarebit and Pickle Roll, and Irish Lamb Carrot with Onion California roll.

This is ideal for those who enjoy Japanese food and want to celebrate the successes of their favourite home-nations team.

Victories in the morning, tasty rugby-inspired cuisine in the evening!
