With the second lockdown in full swing, here are five brilliant at-home workouts to try out for yourself...

For Those Who Want Their P.E. Teacher Back: The Body Coach TV

The Epsom Exerciser himself Joe Wicks is back! The Body Coach (MBE, may we add) kept the nation - nay the world - active throughout the majority of 2020, and will provide more free online workouts requiring you to warm up in winter after the fitness instructor confirmed this month that he will be offering ‘Wake up with Joe’ sessions.
“I promised if we went back into a lockdown I would be here to help you get through it,” he wrote on Instagram. The sessions go live Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6am (GMT) on his YouTube channel. Joe’s given himself a high benchmark to work towards: his extremely well-received first run included a Guinness World Record after one episode was watched by nearly a million people, and he raised £580,000 for the NHS after he donated all ad revenue from the sessions, for which he was rightly rewarded by the Queen.
